So 4th of July is right around the corner. This means barbecues, family, get-togethers, and food! If you are like me it also means a little bit of mild panic.
Since I have been working hard on my diet lately, I don’t want to ruin it all in one day. I don’t know about you, but I struggle to make those healthy choices when I’m staring at nothing but party food. I do soooo much better at sticking to my diet when I know there are healthy options available that I like to eat.
The best way to make sure this happens is to bring my own food. Most party hosts are happy to have you bring some food to their event. One less thing for them to make and one way to make sure there is something healthy for you to eat.
Pick something off this list to bring to your next 4th of July party. Or better yet, host your own healthy BBQ and be able to enjoy the holiday with zero regrets!
