Walmart Grocery Pickup

I have been using grocery pickup for over 3 years now and it is a total lifesaver. Not only is it convenient (no more dragging my kids around the store), but it also helps me stick to my diet.

Since I’m not walking around the store seeing all the junk food I don’t need to be buying, I do much better at sticking to my list.

Another bonus is that it helps me spend less money too. If you haven’t tried it out yet, definitely check it out. You can find it HERE.

Cooking Light: The essential dinner tonight cookbook

This is a great cookbook for making healthy meals. It covers everything from soups, weeknight meals, meatless meals, breakfasts, and more.

One of my favorite features is the big colorful pictures included for every meal. I like getting to see the meal before I decide if I want to try and cook it.

You can find it HERE.

Low-Carb Slow Cooker Recipes

If you love your crockpot as much as I love mine, then you will definitely want to check out this cookbook.

It has a great collection of delicious low-carb recipes you can throw in the crockpot and make dinner easy.

You can find it HERE.

Aaptiv Fitness App

This was the first fitness app I used that I really stuck with it. It offers audio and video fitness workouts.

One of my favorite things about this app is that even though I’m exercising by myself, the trainers make me feel like I have someone right there by my side motivating me and pushing me to try my best.

The app also has a great variety of workouts and they’re always adding new routines.

They offer a free trial, so you can try it out before you buy. You can find it HERE.

FitOn Fitness App

FitOn is another fitness app I like. This is one of the best free fitness apps I have tried.

They have a huge variety of workouts you can choose from and they are constantly adding new ones.

You can find it HERE.

YouTube Fitness Channels

The last place I like to find workouts is on YouTube. I like to use YouTube to look up how to do new types of workouts, get clear on my technique, or just pick up something quick.

Here are a few of my favorite fitness channels:

strength and toning equipment

resistance bands

Fitness Gear

I have been collecting fitness gear over the years and at this point have a pretty nice little home gym going.

However, I do have a few favorite pieces that I use every single week. My favorite pieces of exercise equipment are:
