Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Method
 

  1. Crumble and brown the breakfast sausage in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Drain the grease and set the sausage aside in a bowl.
  3. Scramble the eggs and milk and then cook them in a pan.
  4. Add the eggs to the bowl of breakfast sausage.
  5. Rinse and drain the black beans and add them to the bowl.
  6. Stir everything together.
  7. Top with the shredded cheese and your favorite toppings and enjoy!
