Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions
 

  • Crumble and brown the breakfast sausage in a pan over medium heat.
  • Drain the grease and set the sausage aside in a bowl.
  • Scramble the eggs and milk and then cook them in a pan.
  • Add the eggs to the bowl of breakfast sausage.
  • Rinse and drain the black beans and add them to the bowl.
  • Stir everything together.
  • Top with the shredded cheese and your favorite toppings and enjoy!
