No More Excuses - Weight Loss Coaching & Accountability Group

A: Your $25.00 a month gives you access to our coaching and accountability group. This includes a community of other women and moms working toward similar goals.

Every Monday I will post a quick video covering a topic related to exercising, eating well, and losing weight. I will also post weekly check ins to help make sure your planning your meals and workouts.

There will also be weekly journal prompts to help keep you in the right mindset to stay motivated on your health journey. I will also have weekly live Q&A sessions so you can get any specific questions you have answered.

Included with your membership is a 25% discount on any of my other products offered in my Etsy Shop and a 50% discount on one-on-one coaching calls with me.

A: The group will be held on Facebook. Each week I’ll send out emails with weekly reminders for the Q&A as well as a link to that weeks’ video.

I will also have a page where I post all of the videos and recordings so you can easily access them whenever you want.

Participation in the Facebook group isn’t required, but you’ll probably get more out of the group if you use it.

I will be in the group every day checking in. I will be trying to answer questions, help remind people to check in, and generally providing encouragement where I can. 

I will also be posting weekly videos and offering a live question and answer session every week.

You can participate as much or as little in the group as you need. The weekly check-ins will probably take about 5-10 minutes per week.

The weekly videos are about 20 minutes. The Q&A sessions last anywhere from 15-60 minutes.

You can check in with the group throughout the week, or you can catch up on videos later if you ever need to take a break. 

The weekly topic videos are around 20 minutes long. The weekly Q&A sessions last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on how many questions are asked that week. 

The weekly topic videos will be pre-recorded. They will be presented with a slideshow to help you more easily take notes and understand the information presented.

The Q&A sessions will be live videos in the Facebook group. A recording of the Facebook lives and the topic videos will be saved on a webpage so all the members can watch them whenever they want.
